Joseph Moleski, DO

Joseph Moleski, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician. He practices at Forever Slim Medical Weight Loss, headquartered in Little Elm-Frisco, Texas, offering weight loss services to patients in and around the area.

Dr. Moleski received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University in Missouri. After graduating, he completed his medical residency at Saint Louis University in Missouri.

Dr. Moleski began working as a hospital physician after residency and quickly noticed that most patients he admitted to the hospital shared one thing in common, obesity. Whether it be a stroke, a new diagnosis of diabetes, or a life-threatening heart attack, obesity was the common denominator. Dr. Moleski decided to form Forever Slim Medical Weight Loss to help patients lose weight in hopes of preventing future diseases.
